Vakla Valkyrien was born on 30 September 1895 in a small place Reykjavik in Iceland.
She slowly set to be spoken of as one of the most popular actress. Vakla was in the ballets in her early stages of her life. She posed a different style for which she was always admired. She was also known for the controversies which she played a major part.

Baroness Von DeWitz was her real name which came from her husband, he was Danish named Baron Hrolf Von DeWitz. They both met each other in the sets of the Royal Danish Ballet. Valkyrien’s spouse was again as famous as her; he was an author and had many rich books under his name. The most aspiring one was the book he published in during the world war named War’s New Weapons.

Valkyrien at the start was playing small role in the movies produced by David Horsley; however the world felt her presence when she started working for the Thanhouser Company which majorly proved her as an exotic artist. She majorly posted herself as supporting actress in many movies.

William Fox promised her a high promotion in her career with a huge bulk of bills, but fox wasn’t able to make his promise live. This is when Valkyrien filed cases against fox and made a huge sum of $25,000, where she sued him. Valkyrien then made appearance in Hollywood before she acted in many low budget films, But they didn’t rest the expectations laid on her. Valkyrien was still a star she lived her life starring in many other movies.

Her career in this field slowly diminished as she also had health concerns. She later slowly retired from the field and expired due to long sickness on 22 October 1956, Los Angeles, California, USA
