   Hi….
   This is Alexander Williams..i took a internet connection..about 3 months back..and i was said by the executive who came to my house that i am in a plan which is for 499 per month…but i got 1500/- for the first month….and after that i called the airtel customer care for clarification…but i did not get any response from them..they said they will get back to me ..but they will never get as i know…i wanted to pay make a payment of 1500 /-..but i again got a bill close to 4500/-….So..i called Airtel…many times but no one seems to have…a valid answer…when i did not make a payment for my first bill …the outgoing was barred for my phone connection and also..for the internet…So my Question is why did i get a bill of 4500/-…I also told them that if some one can come and explain me why i got that bill…and they are able show me the calls i made i will be more then glad to pay the whole amount…..i also infomed them that i shifted my house and need the connection to be shifted and because of this issue i am not able to shift the connection….i keep getting calls now and then from airtel asking for the payment i tell them the story and they say either someone will come to you or we will get back to you…Is there anyone responsible enough in the company who can get back to me on this issue …..when i wanted connection people came to me called me so many times and got me the connection..but when the same Customer is facing a problem no one is responsiable to answer me i am just asking a explaination…which i am not getting..it was under a impression that airtel..is one of the best companies..but i think the response i am getting from airtel..will change my thinking….Please get in touch with me at 9848191212
