Great speed with best service but installation of the modem with net connection was too slow tat they are taking nearly 2 months in banglre . if they provide the best installation service then it helps them to increase their customer base.

Great speed and surprisingly good service.
I havent seen any issue with uptime or outages. Hathway miserably failed and I switched to BSNL- no more complains now!!!
I strongly recomend BSNL Broadband..especially if you are in chennai.

I’ve been using DataOne broadband for the last 2 years and am quite satisfied with it here in Kolkata…very less failures, good speeds for most of the time and satisfactory support (though I didn’t need it that much).

This “sarkari broadband for the aam junta” is rocking these days!
