The Ibq score is a combination of three things, first one is the quality score where in the blog is rated based on 1-5 ratings, second is the popularity score where in the most popular blog gets more weightage which is counted by the number of views, popularity of that blog between the communities and number of regular visitors, and the last one is Activity score which shows how regularly is that blog updated.
