ValueWeb Web Hosting Review
AdvertisementValueWeb is a web hosting provider that caters to businesses and enterprises. They provide them with solutions that can make their business grow and be more successful. They even provide assistance to small businesses in creating a strong presence on the World Wide Web.
About the Company
ValueWeb is a bona fide member of Affinity Internet Inc., which is a family of web hosting service companies that had successfully helped several thousands of businesses in earning on the Internet to date. They started in 1996 and had long been committed to quality service and premium support.
Why ValueWeb?
ValueWeb is considered to be an authority, not only in web hosting services, but also in guiding companies in reaching their full online potential. They start by helping small business in getting a website, and then in opening an e-commerce site, and finally, getting leads and a steady stream of customers to ensure their profitability.
Technical Support and Customer Service
ValueWeb provides their customers with unparalleled support. They know that all their clients value their time and resources, them being business entities. Because of this, they had assembled an in-house staff that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. They don’t outsource their technical support group so you are sure that you get only the experts who can solve your problem. And aside from the regular email, phone, and chat support they provide, they have also setup customer forums and knowledgebase articles that can be used to address common hosting issues.

This review sounds like it came from Valueweb’s sales info. Yes they offer 24 hour support but the off-hours support are not very technical and have limited access to the servers so some problems will need to still wait until morning. Have been a customer of their’s practically since they opened. Was very happy for years but in the past two years it seems they themselves have caused more problems. Good time for me to look for another hosting company.
