The 2008 Honda CR-V is an op notch SUV. In terms of performance, it delivers the best performance with its four-cylinder engine. However some reviewers do feel that its engine is underpowered and maybe just about adequate when driving on the highways. Handling is good, agile and very car like.

The 2008 Honda CR-V is in the top position, out of 36, in the list of affordable Compact SUV’s. However it does not score well in the looks department. Its interiors are well done and quite comfortable. In terms of safety, this vehicle scores well as it has passed all federal and insurance industry crash tests.
The downside here is that the third row of seating is missing and that there is not manual transmission available.
