Chery Flagcloud Review

Also known as the A-15, the Chery Flagcloud is an upgraded form of the SEAT Toledo which is known by the code name A-11. Launched in August 2003, the sedan is manufactured at its head quarters in Wuhu, Anhui, China and at present is exported to more than 30 countries. Apart from China, it is also assembled in Russia, Malaysia, Iran and Ukraine by Chery Automobile. Chery plans to enter the US market in the next few years with this model. The Chery Flagcloud boasts of a 1.6L engine. Chery has improved on the interiors of the Flagcloud in comparison to the earlier Toledo. With well streamlined and designed forms, and super luxurious interior decorations and accessories, the power of Flagcloud is well complemented by the prestigious TRITEC 16-valve engine and Transmission from ZF. The 1.6L engine produces 114 horsepower and when it comes to fuel consumption, it is very efficient. It has a 16-valve, four-cylinder engine that revolves up to 6,000 rpm. This Flagcloud also boasts of a low emission and fuel efficient engine that is at par with the European automobile standards. In spite its awesome power, the Tritec gasoline engine, which makes use of the Environmental Management System which is certified with NBR ISO 9000, is very highly fuel-efficient and produces low emissions at par with the European and other automobile emission standards. In addition, the Chery Flagcloud has the ZF Continuously Variable Transmission which is a perfect match for this powerful engine. Speaking of safety, the Chery Flagcloud has Anti lock Braking System, Electronic Brake Force Distribution and other improved braking technologies that help maneuver and come to a stop in the worst of conditions. New age Valeo air conditioner combined with Webasto power sunroof keep you cool and comfy in every type of weather conditions giving this Chery limousine an extra edge. The high intensity front fog light penetrates deep and maintains your security when it rains or fogs. The ABS system, safety belt indicator and the high position brake light all taken together provide an all-round protection for you, thus creating a carefree trip. To top it all, this car is fitted with a state-of-the-art anti-theft system and high-tech locking system. The Chery Flagcloud has a manual transmission, front airbags for the driver and the passenger, a 6 disc CD player but only 4 speakers unfortunately. The Chery has pre-tensioned seat belts, leather interior, 15" alloy wheels, electric windows and even keyless entry. No doubt, Chery has really done well on this car. Measuring 4393 mm in length, the Chery Flagcloud is a classy car to have for a family or business man. The power delivered by the 16 valve TRITEC engines gets you from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds with a maximum speed of 185km/h. To wrap up the entire thing in a nutshell, Chery Flagcloud is a good investment and a great return. This type of cars is rarely brought for the public usage but this time it has been and so you must miss this opportunity.
