The Scorpio was designed by the Mahindra and Mahindra own designed team where it was also conceptualized. It incorporated the most contemporary styling. This cr has received three of the most prestigious awards which are the Car of the Year award from Business Standard Motoring, the Best Car of the Year by BBC on Wheels and the Best Car of the Year award, again, from BBC on Wheels.
This car has real impressive passenger space with the two seats in the front three across the middle and sideways folding jump seats on each side of the luggage way.
Folding armrest adjustments are included in the front seats and the external mirrors can be adjusted through stalks in the door. The design of the cabin is pleasantly modern with an aluminum looking plastic console comprising of oval instruments.
The new Mahindra Scorpio was launched with various cosmetic changes to the interior and the exterior but having the same power plant. The suspension was adjusted so that the jittery feeling while riding at high speeds was adequately modified. For aesthetic purposes, the hood of the car was provided with an air scoop.

The scorpio has made considerable changes for many years after its initial launch way back, earlier this decade, and in 2009 with the new scorpio unvield the technology has advanced with times and also that the latest to come and hit the market is the auto transmission version of the scorpio which would be a definite success.
