The Sony Ericsson C902 also popularly known as cyber-shot has come out to be an outstanding camera phone with an outstanding 5-megapixel camera that has face detection and auto focus, and a flash. The phone is also packed with a variety of functions a music player, FM radio, 3G HSDPA, Blue tooth and has a plenty memory. The phone is available in two colors black and red.

There cyber-shot phones had been previously limited to the ‘K’ range, the previous K phones had their limitations and faults so the C902 has come to correct those mistakes and allow the Sony Ericsson models to get to greater heights. The C902 is an ultra slim style handset measuring a thickness of 10.5 mm. the keypad is not the fancy type simple with a five way navigation pad and has good key sizes that allow users fast texting. The frame of the phone has a combination of plastic and metal to make a rather elegant finish.

The screen has touch sensitive columns on both sides which are used to activate the camera and change options of either video camera or still photo. The columns can also be used to change the auto focus mode of the camera as well as other camera settings. The phone is not so complicated to use it comes with excellent shortcuts that allows the user to have more control over the camera settings than most other camera phones. The shortcuts have however caused the screen to reduce in size as compared to previous versions but it has still managed to maintain the high resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and is excellent in many lighting conditions.

The camera is hidden under a mini sliding cover, when the cover is slid open the phone automatically switches to camera mode. The camera’s auto focus is good as it can focus at a face in a picture automatically and the image stabilizer software helps in reducing camera blur in low light conditions. The camera comes with BestPic™ a feature that allows it to take 9 photos in a second automatically.

This feature allows the use to take a photo of something that is in motion and decide which of the 9 are good and you’d like to keep, such a feature is good for sporting events like football amazing shots can be taken by armatures. The phone comes with an LED flash that is very powerful and gives good pictures even in very dark places. With all these features the phone has to offer guess you are saying to yourself “why don’t I have this phone”, so why wait longer buy it.
