Ambra Angiolini Biography

The beautiful singer-actress, Ambra Angiolini was born in Rome on April 22, 1977. Ambra's career started at the very young age of 15, when she performed in the second edition of Non e la Rai. She is an uprising Italian television presenter, singer and actress. In 1994, "T'appartengo", her first hit Album was released. The same Album was recorded in Spanish as well but contained a new song "Nel cuore, nell'anima". The main son on the Album "Te pertenezco" (T'appartengo) was a huge success in Spain as well as italy and other countries like Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and Chile. Because of the huge success it brought to Ambra, she was invited to the song festival "Vina del Mar" in 1996. Also in 1996, Ambra recorded a cd containing 10 tracks, called "Angiolini" and she kept on recording until 1997 in for both Italian and Spanish listeners. Released in 1999, her last musical production was released, selling 35,000 copies in Italy. After winning many awards for her outstanding role in the film Saturno contro by Ferzan Ozpetek, Ambra's work is very much in demand by others. Ambra is also known to have filmed Bianco e Nero by Cristina Comencini, also born in Rome, who is a spectacular Italian film director and script writer. Angiolini now resides in Brescia with Francesco Renga, singer-songwriter. Ambra and Francesco are very much romantically involved and have two children together, who's names are Jolanda and Leonardo.
