Ally Walker Biography
Ally walker, her birth name, Allene Damian Walker was born on August 25, 1961 in Tullahoma, TN, USA. Daughter of a scientist father, she was very much influenced by him and finally followed his footsteps. She took biology and chemistry as major subjects at the University of California (Santa Cruz) and became a biochemist. It was only in London, when she visited at Richmond College of the Arts where she realized her utmost interest in theater.
Ally worked in “Romeo and Juliet,” one of the most famous play by Shakespeare. Another Shakespearean plays where she worked include “Taming of the Shrew,” “A Midsummer Night's Dream,” etc. In addition to that Ally also acted in “Five Women Wearing The Same Dress” in 1993. In this play Thomas Gibson, Ally and Allison Janney were the main artists.
Until now she was not introduced to the movie. One fortunate day, she along with her boyfriend was having dinner in Los Angeles. A guy came and suddenly asked if she could come for the audition for a movie. Initially, she felt quite reluctant, but finally decided to try her luck. She worked for the movie but all her scenes were cut. However, she did several movies afterwards including “Singles,” “Steal Big Steal little,” “Bed of Roses,” “While You Were Sleeping,” “Santa Barbara,” “Moon Over Miami,” etc.
Ally got married with John Landgraf. In their eleven years of married life, they have three sons. In their family members, a cat and three dogs have also been included.
