Béatrice Dalle Biography

Beatrice Dalle is a French actress, who made her debut in the film’ 37°2 le matin’. This movie was later released in the United Kingdom and United States under the title ‘Betty Blue’. Her attractive appearance and great acting talents soon enabled her to get more roles and she did a lot of important role in interesting French films.

Her debut with the American audience began in 1991 with the release of the film Night on Earth. After seven years, she made a film in America named The Blackout, however, this film did not hit at the box office. She was offered the role opposite Bruce Willis in ‘The Sixth Sense’. Unfortunately, this did not work out for her because she was not allowed to get the required work permit as she had an arrest record. In the year 2001, she acted in the controversial film ‘Trouble Every Day’.

Her notable films include as ‘Belle histoire, La’ (1992) or ‘The beautiful story’, ‘À la folie’ (1994) or ‘Six days, six nights’, and ‘17 fois Cécile Cassard’ (2002) or ‘17 times Cecile Cassard’. She stands out because of her beauty and rebellious nature. She was arrested twice in Miami, when filming ‘The Blackout’ due to alleged possession of cocaine. She was also arrested because she assaulted a Parisian meter maid, who gave her a ticket in a handicapped-parking place.

On the personal front, she was a companion of the French rapper Joey Starr for a period of ten years. In 1999 she was let down when her apparent fiancé Alessandro Gassman got unexpectedly married to her costar in Toni. In2005, she married to Guenaël Meziani.
