Becky Herbst

Becky Herbst or Rebecca Herbst is well know for her role as nurse Elizabeth Webber in the Television series ‘General Hospital’. The character of Elizabeth was originally written as a mischievous teenager, but since this character in the hit series has become a stable young adult, as a result of her romance with Lucky Spencer and her friendships with characters Emily Quartermaine and Nikolas Cassadine.

She started acting at the age of five. As a child she loved figure skating and skated with biggies like Michelle and Karen Kwan. However, this interest broke off, when she made a decision to concentrate on acting. What endeared this young star to her audiences are her beautiful looks and her striking acting abilities. With brown hair and deep blue eyes, she is someone not to be missed in a crowd. Interestingly, she speaks German very well and he name is actually pronounced as Herpst in German, which is a German word meaning Autumn.

Other than her role in ‘General Hospital’, she has also landed parts in popular television series such as ‘Beverly Hills 90210’, ‘Days of our Lives’, ‘L.A. Law’, ‘Step By Step’, ‘Highway to Heaven’ and ‘Sister’. She has acted in over 60 commercials and because of this she is a recognized face.

In June 2001, she married former "General Hospital" co-star, Michael Saucedo. They have two children Ethan (2001) and Ella Bailey (2004). Most recently, Rebecca played Suzee, a series regular on cable's "Space Cases."
