Beri Smither Biography

Beri Smither is known for her gorgeous look, which is why she went on to become, a very successful supermodel. Her photos have graced fashion magazines such as including Vogue, ELLE, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and New York.

Born in Salem, Oregon, she began her modeling career after completing high school, going to Paris to get into this exciting world. Her glamorous looks got her a lot of attention and from the 1990’s onward; she went on to work for Company Model Management in New York City.

In 1998, she came up in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and this coverage brought in a lot of focus to her from the media. She has done lots of interesting advertising commercials such as Neutrogena, Ann Taylor, Nine West, Gap Jeans, and Redken. She has worked with top fashion photographers like Peter Lindbergh, Herb Ritts, and Patrick Demarchelier.

Though modeling for fashion designers is her forte, she still does interesting advertisements. In 2006, she appeared in the issue of Condé Nast Traveler. Currently, she works with the Ford Models modeling agency.
