Bitty Schram Biography
Elizabeth Natalie Bitty Schram is best known for her role in ‘A League of Their Own’ (1992). The scene, which everyone remembers in this movie, is that of Tom Hanks telling her No crying in baseball, when she cries in front of him.
Interestingly, Bettie graduated with a degree in advertising design from the University of Maryland. She grew up in New Jersey. Not only did she do films, she also did television series and took up roles in Broadway theatre. Her role as Sharona Fleming in the hit series Monk, won her a Golden Globe award nomination.
Other television series in which she can be seen include ‘Strong Medicine’, ‘Roswell’, ‘Thief’, ‘Kitchen Confidential’. Notable roles can be seen in films ‘Fathers & Sons’, ‘The Night We Never Met’, ‘Chasers’, ‘Caught’, ‘The Pallbearer’, ‘Kissing a Fool’, and ‘Unconditional Love’ .Her most recent movies have been ‘A-List’ and ‘You’ve got a friend’. She has done a very good performance in stage as well. She appeared in the Broadway hit, Laughter on the 23rd Floor. Other stage role includes ‘Blackout’ and ‘One Acts’.
