Many applicants are very fluent about listing up their strengths; however, they are not very comfortable about the idea of their own weaknesses. This is not a very rational theory that someone has so many potentialities, but he doesn’t possess any weakness. Many employers do not like this idea even. i disagree, you should never say a range of salary. if u say a range than you are basically telling the person what you feel is your worth and depending on your sistuation you might quote low and they might want to give you higher, but since you quoted low they will give you that salary. I believe the correct answer is that it is always negotiable
