About Interviewer’s Involvement in the Company

You can ask your interviewer about the duration of his involvement in the company. It will give you an idea whether you can get all the relevant details about the company culture from the interviewer. If he is working for the concerned organization for less than one month, he may not be sufficient to figure out all the relevant details, in spite of his all qualifications and expertise.

About the Reason for Leaving the Last Person Working at the Position
