Fred Dalton Thompson
Fred Dalton Thompson, otherwise known as Freddie is the lobbyist, lawyer, American Politician, and also a character actor. From 1994 to 2002, he represented the Tennessee part of the U.S. senate and he is a candidate for the elections for the President of the United States.
He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a fellow of the American Enterprise Institute. He specializes in intelligence and national security; He resides at McLean, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. Thus it was Thompson who helped the exposure of cash-for-clemency scheme leading to Blanton’s removal from the Governor’s office. In the year 1978, the jury awarded Ragghianti $38,000 in back pay and ordered her to be reinstated.
