In your resume you have to add a section namely Professional experience and achievements. You have to subdivide this part as operation management, staff and training development and program design and administration and significant accomplishments. Then you have to give your work history. Try to give your history year wise. In starting add the recent experience. After that mention your certifications. Then, you have to mention the names of some professional associations. Make such a resumes that all the information related to your job is almost clear after reading your resume.
