What is it that I would like to do?
What is the level of responsibility that I want?
For whom do I want to do it?
Now try to answer the above questions as follows:

Where is it that I want to do it? Indoor financial and sales services.
What is the level of responsibility that I want? Management
For whom do I want to do it? Multi-national company.
If you answered as above then your objective statement can be: “Managing telesales team for a multi-national Financial and sales services company.”
Once you are able to define your objective you can easily state your long or even short term career aims. This makes your resume a powerful one.
