We just came through a report which says that Re-Feel Cartridge Engineering, has offered a real bad service to their franchisees and they should not be opted for if you are looking to invest your money you need to check out other franchisers because atleast this one is not recommended.

In order to check out the report – we called up few franchisee’s and based on our questions we were told that they were surely losing money with the Cartridge Filling Business and no good support from refill on this part. If you are a franchise of any other Refilling Store let us know with their review and we will publish them.

I have taken a broadband connection in december 06 inspite of reading much negative about them i have decided to give a try and go for prepaid to be on safe side.I got it after repeatedly calling them for 27days for activation.It worked fine for 5 months after which they suspended my account saying that cheque has bounced.The cheque was infact debited by VSNL and i set mails attaching my account details which shows that the cheque is debited.For the past 1week i am repeatedly calling them but they keep on giving new complaint numbers (2399866 latest)saying that the problem will be solved soon but no action is taken regarding it.They find new ways of harrassing customers.I have opted for prepaid believing that there wont be much problem,but they seem to devise new plans to suspend accounts on one pretext or other.My account is due to expire in a day and i have 13hours of surfing time left,but i m unable to use it as account is suspended.

so my sincere suggestion is NEVER EVER GO FOR TATA INDICOM BROADBAND IN YOUR LIFE.It is a worse kind of service i have ever seen.

Please dont go for any Tata products, they dont have good customer support itself. i purchased a VDATA card for internet connection and after one month also it is not activated and i cant use it but they send me bill for that month. no service, nothing i have not read comments in this site, those fellows sucked my blood. bastards they are the real cheaters no other words also to scold them, better avoid their products

TATA INDICOM SUCKS
Tata Indicom can even offer 100GB per month because its assured that u will never be able to get connected and use the connection. Go for Tata Indicom if u have so much money to throw away. attractive rates. problem is that u will have to spend double the amount on phone begging these people for service. i have taken a pre-paid connection. (Super Value Offer). After 3 months, I could not even consume 50MB till date though they offered 1GB /month because i hardly got connection. itz fast but average connectivity is 2 hrs in one week. When u call the service people they reply like Server problems, wait for 2 days / Server problem solved, tomorrow you send me an SMS / Our technicians are too lazy yaar, what to do? / All technicians are on leave, what to do? / what to do” / “Cabling problem sir, What to do” / “I am sleeping sir” / “I have a headache sir, can you call me tomorrow” / “Your problem is not yet solved sir? Our server is perfectly ok now sir. I will send somebody to check the cabling sir / I am on leave sir” They lack basic manners while they take somebody’s money and offer a service. Though they offer connection within two days, I got it after 4 weeks. After all these issues, i called up the sales guy as if I am a new customer and I want to take one connecton. He offered a connection with in 2 days. I asked him “What if not happens with in 2 days?”. I was completely impressed of his 300% assurance of a connection in 2 days (luckly I didn’t apply for another connection and wasted my money!!!!!). TATA INDICOM CHEATERS

They say Switch to Tata Indicom and Experience the Difference, yes I did, I lost good amount of money without surfing the web, I had to waithours togeather at the Bangalore Tata Income customer Center on Richmond Road to get a clarification on my usage, the bill was no closer to my usage, There was no match between my records of logging in which is provided by Tata Indicom and their server Logging in monthly bill, The Manager was very casual – Mr. Madan, He is not able to justifiy how there can be a mismatch, none of the Tata officials are responding to the calls, finally they said they would get back to me in 24hrs, Till date no response, I am still in a fix by shelling out good amount of money for all the Tata Indicom Problems, Hence I would strongly recommend not to experience the difference with such huge cost.

Tata Indicom cheats – charges without service
I used have Infinity – 256 plan in Bangalore. I shifted to a new address in Bangalore and requested for a shift of location online on October 9th. But the feasibility was taking very long. So, after waiting for about 15 days, I asked to suspend my service. I was billed for those days where I did not use the service.

At the end of October, I was told that the connection is not feasible at my new address. So I requested to shift the service to Vizag. Again they did the feasibility check and reported in the second week of November that they would give the connection. On December 1st, my account is activated, but the service is not restored. The service is finally restored on December 14th.

I was charged without service during December 1st to December 13th. When I asked for credit for that period, Mr.Reddy at Vizag office told me that the delay is usual during shifting. Does that mean it is usual for Tata to charge without providing the service? I got the same answer when I called their call center too.

What do you call someone who charges you without providing the service and then tells you that it is normal and they do it for everyone? I call him cheater and a big one at that.

Things don’t seem to have changed much in India in the last 10 years. Same callous attitude from companies. I won’t ask anyone not to consider Tata Indicom, but be aware of how shabbily you may get treated.

I have taken reliance internet service last month. For first 4 to 5 days the service was good. After that there are lot of problems like frequent disconnection, low speed etc. If we give any complaint they take minnimum 1 week to solve that problem. And I am not sure they will do. I hav given complaint about low speed (only half of the speed what they have offered, ie, 75 kbps instead of 150 kbps) and they passed the time for one month  by saying the complaint is in solving status. And after one month they r saying that their is a problem with my pc (how foolish) . The problem is they hav offered unlimited download package. Before using this reliance service I have used a small private internet service but I never had such type of problems . It was far better than this reliance service. I hav changed to reliance bcoz we hav shifted to another place where old int. service is not their. I am now planning to take bsnl connection. So friends never use reliance internet service.

One fine day, a well-trained female voice speaks up on the phone and tells me about the possibility of being a proud owner of a tract of land (about 2000 sq ft), somewhere on the out-skirts of Bangalore, near Tumkur. The lady-of-the-rotten-lamp sends across Mr. Slime Ball (Name held anonymous, what fucking difference does it make anyway?). So the glib conman comes in, pushes the details of the apparently shady deal and walks out. He keeps following up for his pouch of drugs and I had to relent, at one time or the other.

Then he comes in for the final kill. The second coming. The Cat call. When asked to explain, he labors on the amazing, Never being offered, Offer. I asked him to show me the land first, since I was born skeptical. He said that he was not authorized to do so. I suspected a bloody snake dance here already and asked him to procure some previous registration papers (done for others who had already purchased). He danced for a while and gets me his pre-fabricated, lousy registration look-alikes which was certainly earth-worm like. I give in to his snake-language, ease up a little and agree to go ahead with the deal.
I hereby, sound the freaking death knell. I am done. May death befall all pranksters!

Money starts to roll out. I begin to start writing out cheques, having accrued money through my hard-earned, ass-toiled-unto-death labor. Since I paid in bits and pieces, I needed receipts for those cheques and Mr. Slime Ball has got the balls NOT to give them when required and take his and his devil’s sweet time to do so. The receipts come in like a monthly magazine and then our man shows up one day with the bloody allotment papers with land numbers other than the ones that were promised to me ( I had asked for the more craven corner tracts and paid up for it).

I am, needless to say, enraged. I storm into their sleaze building and find the snake-charmer, the guy this Mr. Slime Ball reports to. I pushed him hard enough to come back to his human senses and had him profusely apologize, stating that the slime ball had been wrong and that he needs to own up (What the fuck did he intend to do about it anyway?). Now they hold their balls up and tell me that they are Oh-so-sorry and have to wait till the good ever-so-fighting government has to allow land registrations and is bound to take time. Time, eh? As long as they needed to suck on my money, they called me mercilessly. Now that they are done with pissing ice water and duped me, they don’t bother picking up calls.

The strip-dance after they stripped ME is not going to serve me any good. Those sleaze balls had earned their moolah, while I lost mine. I can’t look people in the eye, my wife’s wide-eyed, shocked but still trusting face yells out at me everyday. What answer would I give her? How do I make her trust me and my actions in the future? Isn’t my family at a major double jeopardy here?

Just because a few two-bit, third-rated fuck faces, decided to take a flying fucking like in a freaked out Chinese blue film and did not have the balls that real men do, they decided to out-wit simple, tax-paying, responsible men like myself and a lot others. Go do a google check on the world Country-Club and what you would see is a world wide web full of extreme loathing for this con – pany.

If you are in anyway associated with this hell-brick-hell model called Country-Club and if you were naive enough to think that they are doing a service which satiates your hungry ego, you so rightly deserve, perhaps, you need to wake up. I slog my butts off, doing what I do, relentlessly in an unending battle with life – with all its complicated issues and problems, accruing rupee after rupee, only so that it leads to a better life for my wide, daughters, parents and I. You are of course on the same rocking boat!

I am not about to take a flying fuck like this or lying duck fuck like that, by some unknown porn star out to eat my money away. I will slog for each and every rupee lost; I will unleash a media war or any godamned war, by all means available to me, empowered by all those who are reading this today. If this country is worth its salt, if you are all people who could relate to me in someway, somehow, I am prepared to do whatever I can, walk the damned last mile and beat the shit out of con men and get them down to their knees. It will take time; I might have to face shit. But hell, I will restore my integrity. I will earn my money back.

I am a simple man and all I wanted was a peaceful life. A content life. A happy family and my promises honored and well-kept. If some lousy rascals had to scratch something somewhere, they should have probed their under-garments. They have scratched a freaking volcano and they haven’t tasted lava yet.
It is not just about me, my money and my family. Most other lives are screwed due to a rape, manslaughter, a road accident, hit-and-run cases, dowry harassment and a lot more. Each and every one of us is, in some way or the other, a victim to this unending haranguing. Oh yes, I haven’t spoken about child marriages, child labor, corrupt politicians and procrastinating lawmen. It doesn’t seem to end, does it? Well, a beginning has to be made. Someone hold out the fucking torch! Here we come!

Just what the heck is going on around here? Where on earth have I landed? What would my family and I, having given away all we could for this piece of shit-land in India-town to those shit-collectors who had no one to be responsible to? What do you see on media? Advertisements or connertisements? Give me one fucking reason for me to believe what they say and if they really mean what they say, I will show you a million bull crap reasons to prove them all wrong. It’s not that you cannot do the same. It’s simply that you haven’t got to questioning all the slime in the world yet.
If I ( and you, of course) did believe in what such god-forsaken companies say in their promotions, their campaigns and their advertisements, but nevertheless got screwed or gang-banged by them, try to look into your young daughter’s or son’s eye, wife’s eye, or any other eye, whose look if it ever meant anything to you, and ask yourself this one question, When in the god’s name will I ever be able to get back what they had just snatched away from you?

You would then realize, like I did, that you are standing on the doorway between the Satan and God. You will simply perish unable to withstand the wrath of both good and bad tearing away at you everyday, practically, as you learn to pick yourself up and live on.

I have 3 More Internet Services at my Office & Home -
1. BSNL One India 900 Unlimited plan which is just awesome and whenever i get a problem its rectified within 4 hours using the helpline number 198, Download speeds of always 30-35kbps
2. Airtel Wireless via GPRS on my Laptop which has a decent speed but helps in handy when iam on Business travelling.
3. Voxpop – A local Internet Connection company which runs in hyderabad as far as i know and never has a practical downtime.

Now Tata Indicom guys may think that iam a competitor of Tata Indicom Broadband Services, but if they want they can email me or send a comment here and i can get back to them to show my problems.

I Originally applied for a Tata Indicom Broadband Services in Hyderabad on 27/2/2007 and got the connection after calling them daily twice after around 27 days (So QUICK) with 500 Rs Installation charges + 50Rs to the Lineman, and after getting the connection with in 2 Hours( wow that was fast) the TATA Connection went down.

The Service line guy came up and changed the router and said it had a problem and replaced it.

Again after around 26 hours the connection went down and this time the customer support guys say my PC Has problem , wow so after running 22 PC’s in my Office i find all my PC’s have problem and their Internet connection is good, after when i complained 4 times some new guy finally turned up and got the connection back after a days time.

These kind of problems continued for another 9 days in the same month and i again called them on 16/4/2007 and the customer support guys just transferred me to many many departments but never sorted out the bugs and do you know what was the error? The Browser shows me a window where it says There is no amount left in your account even though 1 month was not completed and i paid for 3 months prepaid.After 30mins again the connection itself goes down and iam left no where now
