Tribal Name Tattoo Designs
Tattoos may seem as an in thing nowadays but the fact is that they have been around for many years now. It is actually believed that tattoos were in use as far as five thousand years ago. Among the tribes which were the first one to wear tattoos include ancient Egyptians, the Chinese and the Japanese, Africans and the Polynesians. The ancient tribes wore tattoos on their body in various parts and designs to symbolize various meanings. Some wore them for religious purposes and other were a symbol of ornamentation and beauty.
Tribal tattoos involve shapes and forms which do not give out direct meaning when looked at for the first time. The shapes used include curves which are made in an artistic and smooth way. The shapes can be drawn in single linings or put together to create some artistic formations. The good thing about tribal tattoos is that there is no limit to the number of shapes or form that you can come up with. You could sit down and come up with your design, go and discuss it with an artist and then have it printed on your skin.
The tribal name tattoos also include names of people amid the tribal shapes and curves. This is one of the best mixtures you can ever have. Others prefer placing there names or the names of the ones the love on their skins, then they proceed to give the name a nice tribal frame.
Tribal shapes can be drawn in such away that they form shapes of other object or animals. Creative artists can use the tribal curves to come up with the shape of a heart, an particular animal such as a dragon or a tiger. Butterflies, snake and even birds can also be formed using the tribal curves.
The Japanese and the Chinese are famous for their unique tattoo designs. They incorporate the symbols of the dragon which is represents strength in their culture. Even though most tattoos are based on the dragon, many shapes and style have come up to diversify the idea. By mixing various tribal curves, they have managed to come up with designs to represent such things as love, evil, flying dragons and even arrowed and curved dragons. You can have two dragons drawn facing each other and making a symmetrical shape.
Kanji is the handwriting used by the Chinese. These shapes are very common among tribal tattoos. People who use them come not only from China or Japan, but also all over the world. It is said that there are more than 50,000 characters to choose from. These kanji symbols form a fantastic font which will work better for people who want to add a little mystery to their tattoos. You can have a name written in Kanji and then painted on your skin. The Kanji symbols can also be used to state block of words, an event, a preferred symbol or even some character or personality. This is possible since a single symbol can represent lots of information.
